I practice with a person-centred lens. My modalities are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and narrative therapy. I meet you where you are in your healing journey, and I am comfortable with honouring your unique path to processing and healing. My approach to counselling is trauma informed. This approach helps you to keep a watchful eye on negative patterns of thinking and apply techniques to control them, and thus get to the roots of such patterns and use appropriate strategies to aid basic neurological rewiring over time.
